This policy explains where we ship, expected delivery timelines, how order tracking works, and when an order may be cancelled due to shipping or operational constraints.
We currently ship exclusively within India through trusted courier partners. At present, only standard shipping is available.
Orders generally arrive within 2 to 9 business days depending on the delivery location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by SMS or email so you can monitor the shipment in real time.
Aditatva reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of placement due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or logistical restrictions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
