Aditatva policy guide
This policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations so the process remains clear and transparent.
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To qualify, items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging, with the invoice available for pickup.
We accept returns only if the product is found to be damaged, tampered with, expired, incorrect, or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.

For delivery discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once a return request is approved, we will arrange pickup from your delivery address.
Replacement products are typically delivered within 3 to 5 days after pickup, subject to availability.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after inspection.
Customers may cancel an order only before it has been shipped, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Aditatva reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues when necessary.
